What do you mean, iOS app? You can do everything with APEX, can’t you? I mean, it even has mobile templates and responsive design built in. Why would I want…. an app?
First of all, let me just say that we are huge fans of both the mobile templates as well as the built in responsive design of the current themes. But don’t let anybody tell you that a mobile friendly or responsive website is the same as an app.
Why would I want an iOS app?
- Snap a pic from your phone and load it (Snapchat selfie, anyone?)
- Scan a QR / Bar code and search your database?
- Access native push notifications?
- Would you like to use your GPS?
There are countless ways in which a native iOS app (or Android) app might be better suited to some of your needs.
